Projects

Over the years, our firm has provided planning and engineering services to numerous private developers along with the counties of St. Mary’s, Charles, Calvert, and Prince George’s in Maryland, the counties of Allegheny, Butler, and Washington in Pennsylvania, the city of Pittsburgh, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and other state and federal agencies, including HUD, the U.S. Postal Service, the U.S. Navy, and the Army Corps of Engineers.

Adams Crossing - Master planning, rezoning, and engineering services for 512-unit townhome and apartment development in Charles County, MD - Vivian Adams Development, LLC

College of Southern Maryland - Master planning, architectural planning, final engineering, and construction services for the campus in Charles County, MD - College of Southern Maryland

MIXED USE

Southpointe - Washington County, PA

Preliminary master plan for Washington County commissioners for acquisition of state owned property

Completion of master plan as part of a three-member team of LDG, Arthur Hill and Associates golf course architects, and Team Plan, Inc. of West Palm Beach, FL

Completion of all engineering drawings for roadway and utility network of approximately six miles

Completion of overall stormwater management design and rehabilitation of existing lake spillway
